We discovered this restaurant by chance on our way back from a motorbike trip to the Certosa di Trisulti, one spectacular word for the location, the quality of the service, the courtesy of the guys in the dining room, and last but not least the exquisiteness of the dishes, with a platter of cured meats that now eating such fresh ones is pure utopia and abundant first courses with mushrooms that you can smell when they come out of the kitchen and a bacon that melts in your mouth! The price is truly ridiculous considering the aforementioned portions which have little to do with the Nouvelle cousine style! We will definitely be back

Great place, we stopped here after visiting the monastery, we ate a lot and the food is very homemade (excellent), along with some good wine. They also offered us half portions of various dishes and offered bitters at the end.The pig is scary :D

Owner and staff all very kind and helpful, dining room very clean and with a fantastic view. Value for money... more than 5 Stars! If only everyone were so honest in their prices! We will definitely return and recommend.

Went there at dark, so could not properly appreciate the panorama which we suppose to be fantastic as it is the friendly family management .

Excellent restaurant in Collepardo, a beautiful village in the province of Frosinone, a stone's throw from the beautiful Certosa di Trisulti. The place is really very beautiful, it has two rooms both with a beautiful view of the valley. The food is really very very good, first courses with homemade pasta and delicious lamb, the tiramisu are also excellent. Really very friendly staff and fast service, prices in my opinion very honest.

Location: Rating 10. We had lunch on the veranda with a breathtaking view. A small restaurant surrounded by nature.Service: Rating 9. We were served with such kindness and with a beautiful smile.Menu: Score 10. The menu is not extensive, a sign that "we make few dishes but we do them from the heart"We had a plate of ham and the mix of bruschetta, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, T-bone steak and grilled vegetables. Everything really delicious.

Excellent restaurant in the middle of the Ernici mountains, a perfect stop before or after visiting the Certosa of Trisulti. Free brushchetta as antipasto and homemade biscuits with coffee, both excellent. Generous portions, contained prices and good service. A beer, water, 2 mains, 2 starters, coffee and liquers for 50 Euro. Excellent value.
